Welcome to Samruddhi Homestay! We’re delighted to host you and hope you have a comfortable and memorable stay.
To ensure a smooth experience for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
- Check-in: After 12:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you’re expecting any visitors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- You may use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
- Pets allowed with prior approval
- Please clean up after your pet and ensure they do not damage any furniture.
- Please respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood.
- No loud music or gatherings, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please wash dishes after use.
- Kindly keep food items covered and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain general cleanliness during your stay.
- Housekeeping is available
- Garbage bins are placed in each room. Kindly separate dry and wet waste.
- Please take care of your belongings. Samruddhi Homestays is not liable for loss or theft of valuables not secured with the host.
- Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Please turn off all appliances and lights when not in use.
- Emergency contact numbers are listed in the welcome booklet.
- Fresh linens and towels are provided at check-in.
- If staying longer than 3 days, replacement linen/towels can be arranged on request.
- Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen
- First-aid kit is available in the cabinet under the tv.
- Please treat our home as you would your own.
- Report any damages immediately. Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date: Booking amount is non-refundable
- Cancellations made at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the check-in date: 100% refundable
